Most people often cite reading as one of their favorite past times. For others, the idea of cracking open a book and confronting a block of text can be daunting. Fortunately, modern technology has provided us with various alternatives so we can still enjoy our stories.
People often picture the word “health” with individuals who have fit bodies, a healthy diet, and a rigorous workout routine. While these factors are all well and good, they only touch on the physical side of health which many of us are already aware of.
On June 28, 1970, the United States celebrated Christopher Street Liberation Day which was the first anniversary of the Stonewall riots. It was considered the first Gay Pride march in United States history. During this event, participants received very little resistance from spectators which was a far cry from the events of the riots that happened the year before.
Summer is the hottest season of the year. It is during this season where around the summer solstice, the days become longer and the nights feel shorter [x]. It’s also the time where people genuinely take a break from their bustling schedules and take their much-needed summer break, whether it’s going to the beach or setting up picnics…..
